Kim Retzner, Executive Director
Kim Retzner earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Butler University in 1995. She went on to work as a therapist until she began utilizing her knowledge as a leader. Kim has worked as a leader in the behavioral health and addiction field for 25 years. She has overseen outpatient community health services for 17 years, inpatient hospitals for 7 years, and now residential services. She is very passionate about the individuals who we serve.
In her downtime, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as traveling. She believes in utilizing working out as a way to help with stress in her life, so she can be found walking with friends in local neighborhoods or spending time at the gym.
Nathan Hill, Clinical Manager
Nathan Hill is a dedicated therapist with over nine years of experience supporting individuals through addiction recovery and mental health challenges. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, Nathan specializes in helping people navigate complex emotional landscapes, build resilience, and reclaim their lives. His work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to fostering hope, healing, and long-term growth.
Whether working one-on-one or in group settings, Nathan creates a safe and empowering space for clients to explore their experiences and develop the tools they need to thrive. He believes that recovery is not just possible, it’s transformative.
In his down time he enjoys peace and quiet, listening to music, completing word puzzles, and spending time with family.
Jade Dixon, RN, BSN, Director of Nursing
Jade Dixon is a nursing professional with over 15 years of comprehensive Nursing and Leadership experience. With a strong focus on integrating Sig Sigma Methodologies into Nursing practice, Jade is Passionate about advancing nursing standards, especially in recovery and addiction care, and driving organizational success through strategic leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and close friends.

Carol Mathew, LCSW, Therapist
Carol Mathew, LCSW, is an addictions therapist. She earned her MSW from IU in 2009 and holds CADAC-IV certification. Carol is trained in EMDR and is passionate about helping individuals build resilience, strengthen recovery, and heal from the impact of addiction and trauma. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandson and practicing mindfulness and creativity through art.
Dr. James D. Pike, D.O.
Dr. Pike is a native of Indianapolis who attended medical school in Kansas City, graduating from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 1984. After ten years in the United States Army as a physician, Dr. Pike completed his training in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine. Dr. Pike’s role as a hospitalist began during his work at a long-term acute care hospital beginning in 1994. He then formed his own corporation in 2007 while developing an association with the Indiana Orthopedic Hospital on the northwest side of Indianapolis. Dr. Pike was the founding Chair, Dean’s Advisory Board, Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Today, Dr. Pike serves as the Chief Medical Officer of GeriCare Indy, overseeing a team of nurse practitioners who provide care to patients in skilled nursing facilities. With the opening of Hickory Recovery Network and Hickory Treatment Centers Indianapolis, Dr. Pike has expanded his practice to drug and alcohol treatment and serves as its inaugural medical director.
