My name is Nathan Hill and I’ve worked in the addiction field for the past 9 years in both residential and outpatient. I am a 2021 graduate of Martin University, where I received my MS in Community Psychology.
I have also earned certifications in Trauma Informed Care and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training. I have over seven years of continued sobriety. I have a passion for helping others obtain a more meaningful life through recovery. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my grandchildren, and quiet time at home.

Teresa Wyatt, Behavior Health Technician Manager
Teresa came to Hickory Treatment Center in Indianapolis after almost 12 years’ experience working in Behavioral Health/Addictions. Teresa’s passion to help those in recovery has grown through her work and personal experience with loved ones struggling with addiction. As BHT Manager Teresa works diligently to make sure her staff feel supported in their roles and are eager to grow in their careers.
Teresa strives to create an environment that the clients feel safe in and can be successful in during the early stages of their recovery. She is always searching for ways to improve the clients experience at Hickory by listening to client and staff concerns, searching for resources to assist clients after discharge, and bringing in volunteer services that provide extra support for the clients while at Hickory. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her three daughters, go for walks with her dogs, and catch up on her favorite shows. Teresa hopes to continue to grow in her career through additional trainings and certifications, and to share with others her passion for the clients we serve.
