Teresa strives to create an environment that the clients feel safe in and can be successful in during the early stages of their recovery. She is always searching for ways to improve the clients experience at Hickory by listening to client and staff concerns, searching for resources to assist clients after discharge, and bringing in volunteer services that provide extra support for the clients while at Hickory. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her three daughters, go for walks with her dogs, and catch up on her favorite shows.
