The Goal Of Intensive Outpatient Therapy

The primary goal of Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP) is to provide individuals with the necessary tools and support to overcome addiction while allowing them to maintain their daily life activities. IOP aims to establish a stable foundation for long-term recovery through structured therapy sessions that address both mental health issues and substance abuse.
