Heather has over five years of experience working in the healthcare field and a over a dozen specializing in team leadership and management. She is passionate about creating spaces that facilitate growth for both clients and staff. Her focus on compassionate care is unmatched. Heather is a graduate of Louisiana College with a bachelor’s in music. She continued her education by earning a Masters of Business Administration from Louisiana State University of Shreveport. In her free time, Heather enjoys music, reading, traveling, spending time with her kids, and she is a self-proclaimed food connoisseur.
Peggy G, Clinical Director
Peggy began her counseling journey in 2002, driven by a deep passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges. In 2015, she earned her master’s degree in counseling, further equipping her with the tools and knowledge to make a meaningful impact. Over the years, she has worked across diverse counseling arenas—including school settings, clinical environments, community outreach, and private practice—gaining a broad perspective and honing a compassionate, client-centered approach.
