Andre Gibson, Executive Director
Executive Director Andre Gibson comes to Hickory Recovery Network as a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Andre has a vast background in nursing home management and is known for his very hands-on management style who will be very involved in your stay at Hickory Treatment Center at Corydon. Previously, Andre was employed by the United States Olympic Committee/ USA Wrestling and was also a member of the La Salle High School administrative team in Cincinnati, Ohio for many years during his professional career. Andre resides in Louisville and is an avid Ohio State Buckeye football and St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.
Cha’Reme Campbell, LCSW, Director of Clinical Services
Cha’Reme was born and raised in Louisville, KY and has an extensive background as a director practicing therapist in the areas of substance abuse, trauma, and acute psychiatric disorders. She has a passion to help guide others to reach their treatment and personal goals.
Cha’Reme is the mother of two girls Charlie and Meli and doggies, Kingston and Kenya. In her spare time, she loves to watch and play basketball and football.
Caselyn Traughber, BHT Manager
Hello my name is Caselyn Traughber I have been with this company for three years. I worked with Chosen as it was a nursing home and was happy to move forward with the company as Hickory. I started with Hickory as a second shift BHT, moved to first shift became a lead technician and now I hold the BHT Manager Position. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, I recently got engaged therefore now all my free time goes to planning the most special day of my life.
Jared Clouse, Client Care Coordinator
Jared has been Client Care Focused from day one of being at Hickory Treatment Network. Jared is very passionate about changing clients lives for the better. Jared enjoys interacting with clients and assisting them with finding their recovery path. Jared is a Certified Peer Recovery Coach.
Patti Kenny, Administrative Assistant
My Name is Patti Kenny, I am the Administrative Assistant at Hickory Treatment Corydon. I am married to a chef and a dog mom to 6 Chihuahuas! I have been in long-term care for 12 years starting as a CNA and later going to school and being a certified dietary manager. I wanted to branch out and grow with an awesome company, so I was excited to be offered my position at Hickory Treatment Center. I look forward to spending many years learning and growing with Hickory as it expands. There is no greater feeling than seeing the smiles on our clients faces when they graduate our program and walk out our door sober!
Thomas Cardwell, Dietary Manager
Thomas Cardwell has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in culinary arts. He has passion for creating and serving balanced and nutritious meals for all clients. He also teaches a nutrition class based solely around recovery.
Heather Don, Director of Nursing, RN
Heather is the Director of Nursing at Hickory Recovery Network and Hickory Treatment Centers in Corydon, IN. Heather grew up in scenic Borden, IN, and values her small-town roots. Heather obtained her Nursing degree from Ivy Tech College in Sellersburg, IN in 2011. Her nursing experience includes long-term care, transitional care, rehabilitation, as well as care for those with neurological disorders. She has 10 years of psych experience gained from each setting. Heather has a special place in her heart for helping people overcome their battle with addiction. She feels these people are often misjudged and treated unfairly, which only contributes to their struggle. Heather values being part of a team that is changing lives and hopefully changing the way these people are perceived by others. She feels having just one person believing in you can have a positive outcome in assisting in one’s recovery. Heather has a positive attitude, a great sense of humor, and a calming presence. She always has a smile on her face. She shares her love for helping others with her husband, a career firefighter. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren.
